I would like to know why I have been banned for a week.
You violated the Terms of Use or the Code of Conduct that you agreed to when you signed up for your Xbox Live Gamertag.
Whether this was willing and willful or not, you did agree to it and must abide by it if you wish to continue using the service.
I suggest you google the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct and read through the sections that explain what is not allowed. Figure out which of those points you violated and then ensure you don’t repeat them in the future. If it’s on a layer group or car paint, I suggest you stop sharing it as soon as you are no longer banned.
