Banned?

i’ve just been banned permanently from the storefront and auction house and i know for a fact that i have never done anything wrong. WHY WOULD Y’ALL DO THAT!!! I wont be able to get my 1000G now. wondering if if there is anyway i could get checked so i can get unbanned. if so, would be really appreciated.
