I was just looking for designs for my car and the i got a message that i have been banned like [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]. I don’t know what i did wrong.
My guess is i didn’t do anything wrong so i wish to be unbanned.
I mean seriously 700h for nothing -_- why do i even bother

You would be an incorrect on the guess because it was not “nothing” and there is no “unbanning” due.
Hacking Designs outside the realm of what is programmed within the livery editor by the developers, creating “glow” cars, is a serious violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. In part:
"Don’t cheat or tamper. For example, don’t:
Use unauthorized hardware or software
Exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches
Make unauthorized modifications to your account profile or its contents (e.g., tenure, Avatar, game saves, Gamerscore, achievements)
Intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods"
