I saw in a post by a moderator that you can get banned for intentional wrecking. Does that mean if you are in a race you cant hit someone else? That takes away half the fun!
If you are intentionally pushing people off the track, making them miss checkpoints, plowing into them at corners, waiting for people, then wrecking them, then yes, you will be banned. And I’m glad this has made it’s way onto here too.
I figure you’d have to /really/ go out of your way to wreck people to get a moderator’s attention, like targeting specific players or ramming for the sole purpose of disturbing another players race.
As in a 30 year ban or a temporary week ban or something? If i push a guy into a tree one time and he sends a video in and i get permanently banned from that one time, that would be completely ridiculous

The purpose of the message is to remind players of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use for both Forza and Xbox Live. Common ban reasons include intentional wrecking and inappropriate car designs (profanity, drugs, sexual themes including ‘Free Candy’ etc). Tampering with software and hardware results in a permanent ban: “Our monitoring systems are built to detect cheating and are actively targeting programs such as the “Forza Horizon 3 trainer.” Players who are caught using these programs while playing Forza Horizon 3 will be subject to a non-reversible permanent ban from online play in the game. We do this to help advance our goal of providing the best possible game experience for the vast majority of players who want to enjoy Forza Horizon 3 the way it was meant to be played.”^ Discussion of bans and enforcement issues is not permitted on the forums; you may email the developers at forzafb@microsoft.com which will trigger an autoreply with no guarantee of an individual response.
First ban is a week, second ban is a month, third is permanent.
You won’t get a permanent ban for contact that one would expect in an open world race with lots of terrain challenges. But if you want to avoid a ban, avoid griefing players who are there to race. If you want to play bumper cars, head into playground game modes like King, Infected, and Flag Rush.
