Ban Responses On The Forums

Just a few thoughts…

SnowOwl clearly puts some amount of effort into his ban responses to people.

He directly informs players what they have been banned for and mixes in a bit of humor, that I’m sure many others besides myself enjoy. Generally, I look forward to seeing his responses as they often make me LOL due to his witty, sometimes semi-sarcastic responses, and the seemingly unending amount of people who can’t wrap their heads around not putting “Free Candy” on the sides of vans.

Hey Dragent, can’t you put even a small amount of effort into your responses? One would imagine it would make a variety people who are banned feel a little calmer about their bans cause they have confirmation of why they were banned.

Your cut and paste jobs from ManteoMax aren’t really cutting it.

I wonder, am I opening myself up for a ban from the forums for some light-hearted criticism? Maybe, but if the responses are going to clutter up the forum for everyone then shouldn’t they be at least a little entertaining?

Alright, I’m ready for the onslaught of replies that Bans aren’t discussed on the forums but I’m not talking about bans, I’m talking info and responses.

And yes, I know Mods are volunteers but…if something is worth doing then…

On a side note and in the interest of full disclosure, I was banned once for a [Mod Edit - Ideally, moderators should not have to spend time editing out profanity especially when the user knows better. That’s My 2 Cents that no one asked for

Good Racing Everyone!

The replies are not there for your entertainment.

Edit: You did not learn your lesson. You just used an acronym for profanity on the forums.
