i have apparently been banned from using the paint job and tune setup features on fm6
while i have a vast amount of tune setups shared i have very few paint designs shared and they are purely unique colour patterns (pearl paints)
anyone know who to contact to find out why i was banned from these features and for how long as this is an absolute joke.
Nope, it has entirely to do with violations for the “explicit” wording in the liveries you’ve used in online races, like the “BIG WALL OF… (ending in) YOU!” or a propensity for the use of the “F-word” in reference to tuna and cufflinks. Those are violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, which apparently you need to review because we’re all bound by it.
For reference, any user-created content like those items violate the regulations, including but not limited to:
“Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:
Profane words or phrases
Suicide-related content
(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of the type of behavior prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)
Negative speech (including hate speech or threats of harm) directed at people who belong to a group, including groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, veteran status, religion, or sexual orientation/expression
“Noise”, which is excessive speech intended to interfere with or disrupt another person’s or group’s ability to enjoy a game or app on Xbox Live
Content showing or promoting animal abuse”
