I received an error message when clicking to collect my 940k from a lost auction for a viper he.the auction is no longer available to click and my balance is currently only 90982

i bid on 4 HE cartotaling roughly 1.5 mil credits, lost all 4 AND the 1.5 mil credits to boot. auction at all risk or what. crazy
disregard my last msg, was looking in my bids and should have gone to auction alerts to claim credits back.
My auction alerts are blank now,I did select them and tried to recover my money
