I think people are just taking things a bit to far. Just give them time because if you guys were in their shoes would you be able to fix this issue within hours of it popping up? Probably not.

I’ve enjoyed the AH part of this game since initial purchase, and have had cars on the Auction block daily since, and never,in my 3 years on, has the Auction House been disabled for this long, that I have seen. Of course, Turn 10 can take the time to fix, that’s not what so many are frustrated with, it’s the lack of communication on TURN 10s part. Moderators are obviously getting tired and annoyed at fielding everyone’s concerns, it would be nice/respectful for Turn 10 to say something official about this huge elephant in the room that EVERYONE has noticed. Not so hard to tell us something “official is being done” and not handing that responsibility over to the moderators. So I hear what you’re saying and agree whole heartedly, let them take the time to fix, just know there are a lot of questions and frustration out here among their loyal community.

Turn 10 is aware of the issues, and their techs are working on it.

These issues are not limited to FM4, as I previously stated. Evidence was even showing earlier in the week when Xbox Support started posting their Status regarding “content” for games being unavailable - not only on Xbox 360 but on the Xbox One.

not limited to FM4? I think it strange then that there are zero posts complaining about the outage in the other forums.

the lack of communication from anyone officially in the know is almost as bothersome as the issue itself.

rather than posting in the many individual threads, and appearing obviously annoyed by that, don’t you think a status [announcement] post stuck to the top of this board a keen idea? how 'bout a post in the News section?

Better now? Maybe it is time for people to go do something nice for someone. The situations will be resolved as soon as the problem is figured out. Not before.

That’s just a link to your own post, in which you say Turn 10 are aware of the problem but you refuse to show any evidence. Your previous explanation was a completely irrelevant link to the Xbox site telling us that Video services were experiencing problems.

You’re posting in every thread on this subject with a bad attitude to the rest of us, and yet you have no information to add at all. Are you just trying to annoy people?

Do you actually think that after two full days Turn 10 has no idea this is happening?

The reason Snow may sound like he has a “bad attitude” is likely that there are 8 or 9 threads all saying the same thing. No matter how many times we are told that a solution is being worked on, people just keep posting new threads about it rather than bothering to read the ton of others.

No one is more anxious to see a resolution than I am. What would you like him to do about it? Why in the world would he need to “show evidence”? Keep your shirt on and please don’t take it out on the volunteers.

Here’s a little plan for those of you anxious, and can’t wait. Restart FM4 if you get the message the server isn’t available. You don’t need to go all the way back to the dashboard to do it, just the “Press A to start the game” screen.

Now go to Community and then Message Center. For those who don’t know, the Message Center is a separate server from the Storefront and Auction House in FM4. If you get a screen which says “The Forza Motorsport 4 server is not available at this time. Please try again later.” So go back to Community, Message Center and try again. If you get information in News Feed or even the Rivals Alerts, you’re connected now to that part.

Now back out and select Storefront. If you get a message saying the server isn’t available, count to 30 and try again. You should be able to access that area.

The Auction House is a totally different story, unfortunately. I do see six cars, however. :slight_smile:

So is everybody else stoked that its back up it seems like no body took the time to say thank you to turn 10 for fixing the issue aside from KoolIROCZ1967. I know they were having a lot of issues with the AH and storefront.
long story short I want to say thank you for fixing the online portion of forza and want to say thanls for the other people that wont say it. we know you do your best to let us have a great gaming experience.

I’d be happy to thank whomever… for their efforts, but I don’t think they’re finished yet with whatever it is that’s causing the issues. It’s only intermittently working here, east coast US.

try clearing your cache that might help me and everyone i play with is back to perfect from Iowa to tennesse to flordia to Maine And indiana

I think its all fixed now, i was able to gift cars, download designs and use the AH which weren’t working before, i didn’t clear the cache though, it just worked
