My friend bid on a car for 2.2 mil and won but he couldn’t collect it. He has vip and all dlc, the seller couldn’t collect the money either, he sent my friend a screen shot showing his money is not collectable. Any suggestions on how to fix this BTW he is on xbox one.

Might have been issues either with xbox live or with forza servers
