Just wondering if anyone has a spare Quartz Regalia Type-D to sell. Don’t have that much credits, (couple million) but I know that you can upgrade the base Quartz Regalia with enough skill points (of which I have plenty). Can someone sell me either one for under 3 million? Thanks. Let me know if you need contact details or something.

What counts as a rare car? Although I probably don’t have any, I just started not that long ago. Do you have any non-type D’s, as they don’t require all the skill points and thus cost less. I honestly don’t have anywhere near 30m so this is why I’m asking.
