For some reason now whenever I try adding a friend it says “Sorry, we can’t save your changes right now, please try again later.” This happens when I add people on both the xbox app and the console itself. Is anybody else having this issue or know how to fix it?
Personaly I don’t face any Issues but you can try these steps:
1.Hard Reset - Press and hold the Xbox Logo on your console for about 5-8 seconds until the console shuts off.
2.Check the Xbox Live Service Status here: Xbox Support
3.Consult Xbox Support - They have a wide variety of topics, and tons of support available.
4.Contact Microsoft Support - They have chats, phone calls, emails, everything.
