I am looking at my badges. Under the special tab, I have tier 2 to 11, welcome to FM7, and VIP badges unlocked. Shouldn’t tier 1 be unlocked if I am tier 11? Also , thank you for playing Forza is locked. Shouldn’t’ that be unlocked as well. The only Forza I have not played is Apex. Anyone else experiencing this or are my locked badges an anomaly?

Are you also investigating why some people only received award for lower tiers than the tier they were at when first launching the game? (i.e. I was tier 11 when launching the game, but only got the in-game rewards for tier 10).
This may be due to the bonus points they gave if you did not purchase tokens. If it only happens one week it’s not a big deal. Right?
I’ve seen another thread or two about this and SOY seems to be on top of this sub forum here this week. Props man.
You know they’re on this at least. Give it a week or two.

@ChezUK that issue could be related to mine as for me it looks like some of my early Forza progress is not showing up or something. I didn’t count on jow many crates I received and I was sleepy but, I don’t think I opened 5. Hopefully that’s looked at as part if the investigation and awarded if necessary.

I have the same issues.
I got badges for tier 2 - 7, but not for tier 1.
Also, on the forza hub it says I reached tier 8, which did not unlock either.
And I got the badge “Welcome to Forza Motorsport 7”, but not “Thank you for playing Forza”.
I played every Forza since Forza 3 with the exception of Forza Apex.
yeah , I noticed that tier 1 badge is missing as well. its a glitch , needs fixing .
This could also be related to the Forza Rewards site not updating progress on FM7. I know my stats definitely haven’t updated.
Finally got to Tier 12 today but badge did not unlock. I then noticed that I did not have Tier 1 nor “Thank you for playing Forza” like others here too.
Missing Tier 1 and Thank you for playing is a known issue that we are looking into.

You dont get the badges as you increase your tier level
You ONLY got them for what tier you were at when you first started playing fm7…
So you arent missing it…it will always be locked
Really? That just seems silly
really…there is a reason they are called LOYALTY rewards and NOT Johnny come lately rewards, so not really silly isn’t it

Just realised I don’t have any Tier badges at all and I’m nearly at 11. Are there any other rewards that come with them?
