since today there are no other cpu cars. The highway is totally empty.
Did someone had the same problem?
I start also a new session but it doesnt change anything.
No chance to to finish forza thon for this week…

That seems to happen from time to time. Drop to Horizon Solo and the traffic will come back, so you can easily complete the Forzathon.

I have the same problem. Impossible to complete the Daredevil forzathon challenge. Will try the Solo advice, thanks.
Just restart your game and traffic will be back in your game.
I had this earlier - fast travelled to the motorway to get some daredevil skills, ran the full length south, then north, then again and didn’t encounter one other car on the road - absolute perfect conditions for doing top speed runs or testing, just sods law it’s when I actually need other traffic.
I jumped back to the festival, did some upgrades on my car and bought some skill points, came back to the game and drove from the festival to the motorway and then cars started appearing on the road.
It seems to depend on the time of day, in a pattern like you’d expect in real life. So night time isn’t as good for farming skill points because you can’t see as well, but it can be better for speed traps due to the lack of traffic. Early morning, when it’s daylight, but before the traffic really starts to build up, is possibly the best time for speed traps.
No, there are no traffic cars at all no matter what weather or time of day it is.

We’re currently investigating why there is a lack of traffic. For now, you can change to Horizon Solo to see an increase/the traffic return.
Thankyou Krystal for letting us know it’s being looked at. I daresay many people have now jumped ship to Red Dead Redemption 2, as the lack of communication about bugs was disconcerting.
Now you’re here as a community staffer hopefully things will start to improve. Forza devs have always been tight-lipped and it’s been bad for the franchise. So hopefully more people will notice you’re making an effort at addressing that.

I hope they’re paying you a lot for the flak you will receive as their spokesperson!
As for the vanishing cars, it’s an on and off thing for me, and a reset usually sorts it out!
Is there a quick way to go into solo play without waiting to time out?
The option is on one of the first two menu screens - I forget which, but i think it’s Horizon Life. Horizon Solo should be at the bottom left.
