[ANSWERED] Forza Rewards not updating for Car Masteries in Horizon 4

Been working hard to get all 50 car masteries finished, but for the last few weeks I’ve been stuck at 12/50 on Forza Rewards. I get 1-3 cars a night maxed out in mastery rank but it hasn’t updated on the Rewards since maybe series 3 update?

Anyone else having this problem/know a solution?

Mine hasnt updated since last year on any of the stats other than gamerscore

Nope there is no solution other than to wait for them to fix it

For me it’s even worse, only gamescore updating, everything else on 0%…

There is none except to pray to the Forza gods that Turn 10 will finally do something about it. We are approaching four months since it broke. Four months without so much as a fix or even acknowledging that someone is working on a fix. Back then they were saying that the other big bug of Rewards was fixed soon, that everybody shows as level 4 in the forums. Maybe that broke everything. Maybe they are now working on a complete re-design for Rewards instead of trying to fix the existing system. That would be nice, because it has never worked without issues. And I have been here since day 1. But this is by far the longest standing issue it has ever had.

It would be nice if they said this:

We are aware of this issue, we apologise for the inconvenience. We are working on a fix and it should be done by (ETA).

This would be common courtesy.

I’m having the same issue. Only my gamerscore is updating

Exactly, some info would be great. This looks very bad for developers because nobody knows. If they are not able to manage simple feature maybe they should remove it :smiley: Maybe there are some technical problems and it’s impossible to fix it right now. Hard to say…

INFO?! I found the legit Forza support website and asked 6 days in advance (6 DAYS) for the upcoming update size (Series 4 Update I think it was) and did they not only not answer a simple question, but they decided to wait until the update had already released to tell me “We don’t know the size of the update until the updates release.”

I mean after that, customer support is out the window. This post was just a last ditch effort to see whats going on.
