That does absolutely nothing. I submitted a ticket for this issue like 2 weeks ago and one of the moderators said they know it’s an issue and they were closing the ticket without reaolving it.

i have only the 3 days shown as played on forza horizon 4 and the only thing every week that goes up is gamerscore the other forza games i don’t have this issue with the hub but i see so many other players saying this and i am simply wondering how many months do we have to wait for them to fix the hub as finishing the gamerscore on this game won’t get me to tier 8 as none of the other stats update so ill end up having to play another forza game to get to tier 8 hopefully just because this game’s stats seem to be not updating and clearly haven’t in months.

Same issue here. Started playing FH4 after Christmas and unlike FH3/FM7 (which I’m working through in parallel) Rewards only updates from points awarded due to gamerscore. Clearly a broad issue.

Speaking of broad issues, am I the only one here on the forums that sees everybody else’s profile showing “Forza Total 1050” and “Driving since 2019”? Not sure if this is at all related to whatever backend/server issue may be affecting the Forza Rewards stuff.

Hi, I do have the same issue with “days played” and “car masteries”. Today I opened a ticket #19584 for this problem. Everybody with the same problem should also open a ticket, because if they don’t get tickets they are not aware about this issue.

Yep. I think mine is counting “Days Played Since ‘Days Played’ Last Updated”

Lol… I still have all horizon 4 rewards to zero and now this… lol… satan left this game house!!!

My rewards seem to have stopped updating as well…

I opened a ticket about it yesterday and this is what i got back so they know about it and are working on it

Big game update yesterday… and still nothing. Tickets are being closed without resolving the issue (which is a strange policy). Guess all we can do is wait…

This has been an issue for over 2 months now and they still haven’t made any progress on it. I put in a ticket in mid December and it took them just short of a month to close it, and now they appear to just be closing people’s tickets immediately.

Thankfully my tier is capped, but if I was below tier 13 I would be mad that I was missing out on rewards.

Hopefully they fix things before the second FH4 DLC comes out.

Yes, I am upset. No, I’m not buying anything else until the Rewards program works again.

Days played, properties owned and car masteries completed are all wrong for me.

No, still nothing. And additionally, the in-game Message system (where you collect gifted credits) has stopped working in FM6 and FH2 (“Forza servers not available”)…
