Agreed, this has happened to me a few times. VERY ANNOYING!
your not the only one. it was never this bad when it came out for me.
Disconnects are obviously completely new in Gaming history and Forza is the only title which has those problems.
This belongs in the support section of the game.

Maybe try turning off the streams?
They may be sucking too much bandwidth.
