[ANSWERED] Error communicating with the horizon 4 server

Whenever I try and
-create a team
-create a club
-open my horizon life (that thing where it shows you about yourself. Like paints made e.t.c
I get this error message ‘error communicating with horizon 4 server’ and no matter how many times I try again later. It never ever works. I’ve re installed the game. Twice. Both times didn’t work. I tried creating a team name that I knew no one would have. Didn’t work. I can’t be the only person having this problem. What is going on. And does anyone know how to fix if so
