Thanks to those staff and moderators who are working hard to keep up with the millions of posts from us users…
My question…
Once a thread is marked as “answered”, is it now ignored or more softly “placed on a back burner” for additional review… Will adding a post to a thread (after the staff “answer”) even get any review?
Waiting for a fix to issues marked answered without any real disposition is horribly frustrating…
I do try to still look back at threads even if they’re ‘ANSWERED’ if there is fresh posts. But I may not reply since the issue at matter has been answered
