An update for the Forza community | August/September 2025

Dear Forza Community – we know many of you have questions about what’s next for the Forza franchise, and we appreciate the support of our incredible community. We wanted to assure players that Turn 10 and Playground Games will continue to support Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon 5. To start, here’s more info about what’s coming next to Forza Motorsport:

Compete in the Track Toys Tour in Forza Motorsport

7 August

Play the Track Toys Tour today and look forward to the Ringer Tour in September.

Dive into the Track Toys Tour, which has now permanently returned to Forza Motorsport alongside its associated reward car: the 2019 Porsche #70 Porsche Motorsport 935.

Track Toys Tour is the second Featured Tour to be re-activated in Career mode, and all four of its series, in addition to its Reward Showcase, can be played at any time.

At the start of each month, we will bring back an additional Tour to the game. Up next is the Ringer Tour on September 4. This cadence will continue until all of the Tours have returned.

As a reminder, Featured Tours will be unlocked in their entirety, which means all series within a Tour will be available as soon as it is active. Any progress that was made on a Tour when it was previously in the game will be saved and made available for you once it is re-activated, allowing you to continue playing from where you left off. This means if you already completed 3 of the 4 series in a Tour from when it was originally playable, you would only need to finish the last series to earn the associated reward car.

Upon their return, each Tour and any associated rewards will be indefinitely available for all players to enjoy. However, please keep in mind that the reward cars can only be earned once. If you have already completed a Featured Tour and obtained its reward car, re-playing that Tour will not grant you the reward car again.

Whether you’re replaying your favorite Featured Tour or are playing it for the very first time, all returning Tours will appear within the Featured tab in Career.

Additionally, previous Open Class Tour reward cars will be earnable by completing challenges in the Challenge Hub. These new challenges will be introduced on the same monthly cadence as the returning Featured Tours and will be permanently available in the Featured tab within Challenge Hub.

Below we will take a closer look at the events in the Track Toys Tour and Ringer Tour. We will also highlight the Challenge Hub rewards available for you to earn in the game over the next two months.

So, this just happened.

35 days to say…that. And note the wording. Continuing to support Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon 5…which had it’s last update when the PS5 port dropped and nothing for months prior to that.

Not exactly beating the allegations here…

And my question is; why didn’t they make that announcement here in what is supposed be the “official” forza forum? I think calling this the “official” forza forum is just blowing smoke. We’ve been taken people.

They basecally told what we already know about what’s available now in the game, but nothing about how they will support it.
”Fun” fact, I’ve completed the tours available from this week, in order to get the Porsche, but I didn’t get the reward car :smiling_face_with_tear:.

Thanks Max. Good to hear that there are plans to continue to support the game, even if this note doesn’t tell us anything else we don’t already know.

Hopefully, there are plans to provide a more detailed update in due course, when I’m sure Forza players will be keen to hear if there are plans to add further new content. If someone could look at rotating time of day conditions in Open multiplayer from time to time as well, to try and avoid the races becoming too stale, that would be appreciated.

Any bug fixes and improvements? Really hoping the cockpit lighting/reflection bug is finally sorted.

yes we hope that

I am in

Respectfully this didn’t address anything for the future of the game … you guys say “you’ll continue to support the game “ is that you guys just supporting the online servers?are we going to get new content and what’s the future for the whole forza Motorsport series as whole? Doesn’t seem this game will get supported with new content , but get support by recycling and supporting the online servers . This still leaves alot of questioning . We don’t want this game to die , this game still have so much to offer with “new content “:weary_face:

Exactly. All this could says is like you said, keeping the servers on. In that system regard, FM7 is still supported. So basically the statement could mean nothing. Tell us something.
