Anyone updated? Better or worse stability of FH3?
Much better than 17.11.1, Loading time decreased from 4.5 minutes to 45 seconds in my case! Also no problems with not loading textures (RX 480 8GB).

45sec is normal for SSD I think, since I got similar result.
4.5mins is not acceptable even on HDD. This is definitely a bug.
From 4.5 minutes on HDD to ~50 seconds on HDD, only by change GPU drivers. Yesterday i reinstall W10 and put FH3 on SDD, now loading time is ~35 seconds.
Under the Resolved Issues of Adrenalin Edition 17.12.1 release notes, it says:
Forza™ Horizon 3 may experience corruption on rocks or foliage during gameplay.
I got some random CTDs based on version 17.7 , mostly after playing for quite a long time or during Goliath races,
will update to this new version to see if it helps.
By the way, I’m using RX VEGA 56 now
After playing for a few hours, I was glad that I can finish a 5 lap Goliath race (about an hour long)
Disappointed to get the same freeze and CTD some time later.
So It’s more or less the same.
Confirm still have Freeze to dead running through the longest highway sometimes, playing the blueprint truck race made by Official FH3.
In fact I’m not sure if this is my computer or graphic card problem.
