Since the new car pack I’m unable to access my storefront or the club menu on horizon 3 for xbox one. Am I the only person that can’t or are there server issues? Been over 24hours… I’m still getting messages that I have had design downloads. I did get a message saying I’ve been banned yesterday as I was trying to search for a paint job… Help!

That is exactly why you received a ban message in-game. You’re banned for violating the Microsoft Code of Conduct which specifies obscene words (or implied words) are not allowed on Xbox Live (which, ironically, includes Forza Horizon 3). Using the “F-word” definitely falls in that category.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations in the Forza series of games by Turn 10 are discussed on these forums. You may send them an email at forzafb@microsoft.com, if you wish, but will probably only receive an automated response with links to these forums prior to your ban expiring. The length of your punishment is indicated by the count-down clock in the ban message.
