Then use filters to filter classes starting D to S. I can’t remember if there is a max pi column.
Most if not all cars from D on up should be able to get into S class with some crazy upgrades added. Odds are you’ll find stuff from B class on up will be better fits in S class. There’s always exceptions but starting with cars that at least start in B class is a quick way to narrow your search. If you see any cars lower than B online in S class that perform well, add them to your future projects short list.
I’d avoid all FWD cars unless you plan on making them RWD or AWD as a general rule.
I’ve been meaning to collect that info and add the column to the spreadsheet, I just haven’t gotten to it yet.
