Built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo, just 10 TZ3s were ever made. The Stradale version above uses the essential chassis and drivetrain from the Dodge Viper ACR-X, including the 6-speed manual gearbox and 640 PS V10. The interior is also all-Viper, but this could be considered one of the last manual Super GTs. 9 Stradales were made, but the one-off Corsa is totally different. Built on a Gillet Vertigo platform (obscure German hand-built sports car), it uses the Ferrari V8 used in the Maseratis of the time, developing 420 PS. The intersting part is the weight: thanks to a carbon fiber construction, the Corsa weighs just 850 kg. That makes it a Ferrari-engined super-lightweight sportcar with a German chassis that looks like an Alfa Romeo. If that doesn’t sound like the perfect car i don’t know hat would.
