I have looked everywhere for some more information about this topic. They said you get a Ferrari J50 as a preorder bonus which is cool, the confusing part is:
- will it be a preorder exclusive?
- will we be able to get a version of the ferrari j50 that is different (a different entry in the collection / photo tab)?
- Or will the standard edition players be able to get the exact same car as premium edition, just later in game?
I think they should give more information on this topic as this is a big selling point for some people. If you guys happen to know any more info on this, please let me know.

Confused about this as well but looking at the Steam store page it says the preorder J50 will be “pre-tuned,” so my belief is that the stock J50 would still be available to everyone. Can’t confirm, just a hunch.

I would say there will be a regular J50 and this preorder bonus is just a special edition. And we will see in the next few weeks.

Do we know gamepass ultimate users who pre-order the premium add on bundle will get it?
If anyone have official info do share please
Usually if you do the pre-install using gamepass it counts as the pre order.

Answering the question about Premium upgrade:
Pre-order Bonus requires purchase of full game or Premium Upgrade before May 19, 2026.
Here’s an image of the tuned Ferrari J50:

Well the j50 is DLC is fh5 so obviously they aren’t gonna lock it behind DLC again but as far as the devs have told us it’ll be one car all users who pre-order will be granted access to no matter the game tier be it standard or premium

Okay, so that’s official confirmation?
This page says the J50 isn’t included with the “Premium Add-Ons Bundle”. That should be corrected then. Or is that not the same thing as “Premium Upgrade”?
Thanks for the heads up, I’ve updated the Forza Horizon 6 Editions and Add-Ons List | Forza page to show the tuned J50 is also available with the Premium Upgrade preorder.

I don’t think you’re understanding the question that’s actually being asked.
- Is this categorically a pre-order exclusive or will it be available further down the line, as is sometimes the case with pre-order bonuses?
- Is this car an exclusive car with otherwise unobtainable stats, or is there a Ferrari J50 elsewhere in the game that can be tuned ourselves to match the pre-order car’s stats?

Understood, I will follow up on those questions when we have more info.

In FH5, the exclusive car that came with the special FH5 Controller was never released to anyone else iirc, so I would expect this car to be the same.

The only difference is that that one along with the Oreo Zonda and OPI Ford GT were from products not connected to the game, unlike this J50 will be.
Though I doubt it will happen because of this, I still wouldn’t be completely shocked if that Ford Coupe FE gets added to the backstage when FH5 is EOL, like the pre-order cars for FH4 all were, as it was with an Xbox product.

Could we get an update please?
All materials say a pre-tuned version of the Ferrari J50, it is safe to assume the normal version will be available as well.
That has been the case with all the pre-order cars in the past, pre-orders were special versions, and the normal version was available within the base game.

This might be a question for when that version gets a release date, but as we know that if you buy expansions and car packs on Xbox they will be locked if you don’t buy them on PS5, but what happens with this car if you don’t also pre-order the PS5 version? Because you can’t decide to buy a pre-order only car later on, unlike other DLC.

The car available for pre-order is the Ferrari J50. There is only one white model in real life.
Here is a photo of it below. It is the only one with red stripes.

@T10ManteoMax Will we ever get an update on this? Launch is in less than a month and we’ve had nothing but radio silence.

A month until launch and still no answer. I think I can see how this game will go. Complete lack of care from the team.
Pre order cars have historically always had their normal counterpart in the game and were only tuned versions of those vehicles.
There is no reason to think any differently about the Ferrari J50.
