A Wild Shrew's Paint Archive (Hyperactive Racing Evo X Finished! Page 5)

Haha, I trawled through the old forums for those. I cant even remember what hosting site i used at that point, never mind the username. I had a lot of fun in lobbies with that Evo lol.

How’ve you been holding up? Still tuning cars?

A little update on the M1, mosts logos completed, need to touch up widebody slightly, should be finished tonight or tomorrow.

Nice one buddy

Looking real good mate, keep up the great work!

Cheers guys.

Ended up finishing it tonight.

Very nice indeed mate great job

Thanks mate!

started my next little project, fairly complex base, so will be a wee bit before i have anything worthy of showing as a WIP.

Looking forward to that

Loving the BASF M1. It has been on my to do list! Will grab one tonight. Spot on.

Thanks guys.

I got a little carried away with this livery seeing as how its twenty to four in the morning.

But i did do quite a bit

This is just amazing! I am speechless, what a funky design. I love the M1 and I can’t wait to see this car complete.

Thanks for the kind words! Its a nice eye catching design.

Cheers Reaper! I have done it a few too many times in the past lol.

Heres the progress for today, still need to do some touching up on the base, especially near the front.

Coming on very nice mate

Thanks dude! those wheel arches were a fiend! took me about 3 hours lol

Haha it looks further along than it is, managed to finish the base bar some touching up needed and got a couple of logos done to boot.

Thumbs up!

wow that evo is amazing props go to u for having the patience to this car  if it was me i probably go crazy lol

@ Wayne, I’m happy with it so far  progress is slow, but at least it means its going together correctly.

@N7K7 Cheers bud!

@Drama I dunno i just enjoy painting, and every paint has to have a bit of an improvement at least, there was a long period where i would never have touched a paint like this. Practice makes perfect, an extra 2000 layers helps too.

I’ve been making progress on the Evo, but could any widebody experts explain (if its even possible lol) how you would incorporate a rear undertray such as this onto a design?
