I’ve noticed price difference when using different currencies on Microsoft Store.So my question is can i buy it using USD dollars, by changing Microsoft Store region to USA, even if i am in Europe?

Also, if i buy it from Amazon, will i be able to play it on Europe servers?
Is there a global server or multiple servers based on locations?

US store = 59.99$
Norwegian store = 81$
