A few issues

I have a lot of tunes and liveries in Horizon 3 that won’t move/upload to 4 and some say parts are incapable with that same car they are already on.

The last two weeks Fortune Island has had repeat events. Which is sad since it’s so new. Is this expected going forward? The existing ones will just recycle? I’ve raced them all again both solo and co-op so am missing 36 wheelspins since it gives you completed stars again but no rewards.

I lost some save data going between my xbox and PC when it said it synced back up. Can you check this?

No response, no message, just more issues.

My game locks up on multiple screens. Last night my skills increased after putting points in a car and unlocking it. The gold bar locked up and stayed on the bottom of the screen. I wasn’t able to join people online and it kept telling me to connect for online session, yet my party connection was fine as I could talk to them, just not play with them so I know for a fact it’s not network issues!!

I keep getting a reconnect controller error at the worst times while racing!! I started using wired controller but that doesn’t even help!!

My sound constantly goes in and out if I edit tunes and change cars. Again, in party and voice chat doesn’t change or disappear, just my game sound!!

I uses to really enjoy the game, but this Fortnite intrusion in Forza to appeal to those players is pushing loyal players away!!

So is the lack of fixes for reoccurring problems and new problems that pop up with updates.

You guys used to be great at customer service and helping your loyal player base. Can you get back to that!!

I put in a so called ticket. Its past Jan 31 yet I can’t download the car pass cars for that date. Keeps telling me they will become available on Jan 31, 2019. Things are getting worse not better. My frustration level is increasing with each newly encountered problem. You guys used to be so much better at supporting your player base. Its frustrating that loyal fans of Forza are being phased out for these FortNite players! Not only does it take a long time to resolve issues, when you do, sometimes it’s not in the customer’s favor and instead of going above and beyond as you guys once did, you’re overwhelmed by FortNite players on Fortune Island and you just move on down the list to the next one. To me, heading in the wrong direction. Yeah younger generations will run up some money on parents credit card but your loyal fans have been here for each title release and continue to do so. That’s who you should take care of.

Please fix your ticket submission so that when we fill out a ticket report we don’t get redirected to some page that says “page not found” before deflecting us to submit ticket reports.
