Dear community,
a few days ago I was banned for 52 hours. On demand, no reasons were given from the Forza support. No reaction to (many) emails, no reaction to my entry on the support page. Yesterday a live chat with Microsoft, which also did not help.
The (Microsoft) chat does not even know who is doing such a block at all. Was that from Microsoft, was it the Turn10 or Playground game admin? Has a system administrator simply pressed the wrong button? Was there any valid reason for the bann?
I am desperate, annoyed and horrified at the same time. For nearly a full year, I’ve been trying to make a contribution to the community with elaborate designs by releasing beautiful designs for download. Hours of painstakingly meticulous creation of vehicle designs should have been in vain? And then you do not even call a reason for the bann? Is that normal?
After the ban was lifted (one day late), I became aware of the full extent. The Creative Hub will show 91,000 downloads, but shared designs will be zero! Likewise, all other Creative Hub ingredients have been set to zero. There are neither released tunings, no blueprints, no photos. As if I had never played Forza before. Really sad. If you go into more detail and click on a design, you will see “before” the number of stars and the download-count of the design. Now all that’s left is to “stop sharing” - which is not right, because the design is no longer free to download. Thus, hundreds of hours creating almost 400 designs have been in vain …
Who experienced something similar? Or happens a miracle and someone can even help me or at least give me a direct contact person (eMail-Adress)?
