50 year ban???

This is what I just emailed the team…

Hello my name is Andrew Harrington and I have been recently perm banned from your Forza motorsport 7 game, My case is similar to the one here- https://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst110083_Permanent-Ban.aspx . The reason it is similar is that the game crashed and then when I relogged it suddenly had 999,999,999CR, please can you reset my account to its previous state of when I didn’t have this ban, i.e. when it was normal levels and such. Please get back to me soon.
