I was given a challenge. I have completed that challenge. Time to go for 5k lmao

1,004.6 KM
1,004,600 Meters
So that ,6 is 600 Meters.
600m = 1.968,504ft
Also, why? Just wondering?
Was wondering that too - though isn’t 600m 1,968,504 ft ?
Just on the whole comma issue ![]()
I normally use Upper and lower separators.
12’345’67,89
So the 600m in ft should read. 1’968,504ft
A full stop nd a coma is to similar in my opinion.
But now i se what you two are referring to.
me dumb ![]()
Yes the comma seems unnecessary.
Some cars have it in one long string, some with a space every 3 numbers, some have a number separator.
In this case i believe that its one Audi and not on PG/Forza side.
That the Audi RS 6 has that on the dashboard.
Dont own one IRL so i cant confirm it.
The whole separators thing is worldwide. I work in the UK but for a German company and so many things are broken just because they use . for , and , for .
Takes me ages to fix their new programs just to get them to work.
Of topic, kind of.
Isn’t there a ISO standard for that?
There should be but It seems every country just uses their own.
bit like the whole drive on left / right or use Imperial / Metric systems.
Oddly, I use both - Metric in work and Imperial in real life ( or even in Forza )
And in driving - always on the left (UK) but had no issues after a few mins driving in Germany with being on the right side of the Motorway (though some of the Autobahn routes were crazy )
On the comma issue: I have never seen an odometer with a comma, also, no its not because it is in the wrong spot. I literally spent a few days driving that RS 6 for 1,000 (Or 1.000 if you’re from those countries that swap them) kilometers. I am from Canada, so the comma to me is in the right place.
As for why? Idk, just to see if the odo would reset after 999.9 (999,9) or keep counting. It does in fact just keep counting. That’s 10 Goliath runs I think. I wasn’t paying attention, and I was just driving around the map in free roam for 2 days (Yes I took breaks and went to sleep lol)
I also use both, it just makes sense. Also I kind of have to since my old pickup IRL is in Miles and our roads here in canada are in kilometers. ![]()
I think if you do over 200mph you should get 3 exclamation marks…
200mph!!!
Or just…
A flashing red screen with 3 !!! for 5 seconds, then show the speed for 30 seconds, then repeat that process. I think that’d… wait I missed the whole thing here. xD
Not sure what you mean - my top speed is over 300mph so do I get three ?
Not sure what the KM/h is for that though.
Still, no bloody idea what the topic is about.
x2…I began the thread wondering what the challenge was and it devolved into a conversation about measuring standards and I just quit reading lol
I bet y’all are still confused too.
Its the formatting for the gauge display, it has a comma when digital displays dont usually have the comma.
I posted this, then forgot about it hahahahahaaaaaaaa…
My apologies!
notices its BEEN 3 YEARS
