(1968) charger ? wrong tail light configuration

Fast and furious’ 68… is not a '68. '69 tail lights. Wrong model year.

Yep when I turned 16 (aging myself here) my parents bought a 68 Charger, small block but it was still a ton of fun to drive so I know that car very well. The 68 had round tail lights, in 69 they changed to the long square ones, they also change the front grill work a little.

I miss those muscle cars and MOPAR, I guess that is why I really bought this game so I could relive my glory days

Not the first post like this
Apparently the car they modelled it off was modified like this
I think thats what was said
Havent seen the movie so i can tell you
Since it supposed to based on that car

Well then if that is the case I am NOT impressed. Took me all of 10 seconds to google 68 dodge charger and look at the images to see dozens of fine examples. If they are modeling their cars off of fictitious movie cars then what does that say for their credibility?

Um what is the title of the dlc pack that the car comes in…
If they did it different there then would be complaining that it’s not the same as the car in the movie
They can’t win either way

Ok you got me there, if the DLC was ‘movie cars’ then all bets are off.

Except they aren’t fictitious, they are real running cars, and those were the cars they scanned for the game.

Yep - the cars in the movies often have bits from other years (and most of the cars in F n F 7 are powered by 500 HP LS3s not the MOPAR units that the Forza specs suggest). Perfect example is Letty’s car from the final chase scene with the chopper and drone - it is a 70 with 72 parts on it (or vice versa).
