yeah what is said above is interesting because I’m getting followed on xbox one live (cant really see it because I have no xbox one 
) but it seams strange does anyone agree? also free games for gold is now on xbox one for those users 
and well now youtube and netflix and some other apps for xbox one and 360 are now free so you dont need a gold membership for that now. (note not all are free though.) so good month?
I don’t like it because you don’t have friend requests anymore. It doesn’t give you a notification that so and so is following you at all. Kind of annoying.
If you go to your Friends app it tells you howany new followers you have since last checking. The new ones will be at top of the list and will be dated.
If you have a smartphone or a tablet of some kind you can see it. If you download the Xbox One Smartgalss app you can keep up with the Xbox One players on your friends list or followers.
I like the new “Follow” system. On the 360 I’d have friend requests spamming up my inbox every day, now they can just hit follow and see what I have going on without me needing to answer or decline anything.
