I contact microsoft and xbox to solve the problem of xboxlive parental control that blocks functionality in Forza Horizon 4 but after long hours they said it was yours because when I buy the game my date birth of the account was not the good one and I have changed in the meantime and that when I buy it was 31/12/2000 while I was born on 29/09/2000 so I have it changed but as the game took into account the first date they block me functionality thinking me “minor” while I am major.
I would like to find a solution to no longer be blocked on Forza Horizon 4 by this parental control xbox live.
