So I finally was able to turn on the ole xbone and was excited to get the new road america pack. Well, XBL is telling me its $4.99, even though I purchased the car pass long ago. Any help? Thanks

The cars should be available to buy in game without a download.

Go to the in game shop, the car pack unlocked in my update
