Will the game be optimized for PC at launch?

I was wondering about this because Forza 6 APEX still stutters when it really shouldn’t, I’m getting Lag Spikes every few seconds which is a big deal.
I just hope they make sure the launch of Forza Horizon 3 is flawless with no Lag Spikes, please make sure its optimized correctly

So I’ve recently tried FM6 Apex on my PC, which is pretty beastly (though not top of the line):

i5 3570k @ 4.6ghz
16gb DDR3 2400
980 Ti
Samsung 850 Pro SSDs

The frame rate on my PC is great (pegged at 120fps most of the time) but it stutters pretty badly on certain events. There’s a long thread about this over on the Apex support forum. Stuttering is one of the things that always seems to plague “next gen” PC ports. Games like Batman Arkham Knight, Quantum Break, etc have all had that issue.

So yeah, basically I’m just hoping that FH3 on Windows 10 will have been thoroughly tested to run smoothly (NO STUTTERING!) on decent/good hardware. This isn’t Steam where we can just get a refund if it doesn’t run to our expectations.

Well I would assume so since they’re obviously going to take advantage of the Windows 10 API and structure to make the game run smoother on a wide variety of systems. So far MOST Windows/Microsoft exclusives like Killer Instinct/APEX (stuttering aside) have ran pretty well on PC. If it isn’t optimized then all they’re doing is killing their sales for their next Horizon/Forza game that will be released on PC/Windows Store. ESPECIALLY since this game is obviously not going to be on Steam which is where majority of PC game sales are.

Your question is the only question that is keeping me from pre-ordering the game.
I am so looking forward to the game and if someone told me it will be optimised as much as possible i would buy it right now.
