It’s cool to run into teams these days. But I miss too much of an individual championship mode without depending on other people. Is there something foreseen to come up with?
Right now Adventures are team-based only.
PvP exists but only as individual races within Horizon Life.
so either it will be changed or the game will be returned.
It is reprehensible to limit entertainment.
We want individual championship mode!

Any chance of a ranked solo being released for online?
All online racing being a team event is the worst concept I’ve ever seen and I’ve played Forza since Forza 2.
Half the people online don’t even understand the concept, pushing their own team out of checkpoints, bashing etc. Its a joke.
Im well aware that you can solo race on the various events dotted around the map but, all the events ive checked are empty, the servers are a bit dodgy therefore you could be there for along time, and also the fact how is it fair that the players that want to solo have to go find individual races to get their fix.
Why make a racing game that isnt exactly competitive?

Not everyone wants to be forced onto team in adventures.
I have no idea why they felt the need to make It exclusively about teams. But it is not good.

Guys look you can’t just force people to play team adventure it’s horrible let people play solo, no one likes to depend on how good his team is to win, solo is way more fun, this was the worst call you could have ever made, I’m really sad and unsatisfied 
Please care about us and release solo games, I was so looking forward to play these game modes in solo but I only get the option to play in a team you won’t lose anything from it… forza horizon 1 multiplayer is still the best to me, please… Like the team infected game mode is literally broken it always ends in 5 seconds max like the game starts 3 seconds in and almost the whole game is infected, if you bring back solo its gonna be tons more fun
+1, we need solo games with drivatars!
The main reason I play Forza is for the online adventures and the team adventures are completely messed up. I get first place and I get a team full of new players and I still loose. There was no reason for team adventures. Please bring back solo adventures, I don’t want to carry people the entire race so just please turn 10, at least make competitive solo, you can’t even find a comp game.

So i just want to play normal multiplayer races, not with a team or club or whatever, just jump into a lobby and play in C class or what have you in team races or virus/tag etc.
Is this not possible or is it gated off till late-game or something? I’ve been playing a number of hours and played every Forza since Forza 2 and i can’t see for the life of me just how to do such a simple thing!?
Im not talking about co-op specific events (which, btw, i have never in scores of attempts found a solitary other human in) but just lobbies.

Sigh, that would be 3 Forza games in a row where i couldn’t play onlin with the car i wanted. Forza 7 was wrecked for me since there were about 80 homologation classes and only 4 or so servers when the game launched. 80 into 4 does not go; so i had to wait 6 months or whatever for them to introduce actual class racing just so i could use my favourite cars online again. I hope something like that doesnt happen again in Forza 8. PLEASE just let us play with the cars we want online!
I like team racing and all, but why is the entirety of Online Adventure now team races? What if I am playing solo? Why is it that every race I must rely on a group of strangers to win, while fending off a team of angry, inferior drivers with a clear reason to ruin my race? Why not some free-for-all Online Adventure?

I think most of us regular Horizon players are baffled at this decision. I hate it but I will admit that the other night I actually had some fun in it because I had a full team of friends. That’s probably the only way I’ll play it.
Oh and we tried numerous times to get in a ranked adventure and it never worked.
