why do i keep getting a fuzzy static sound when racing??

Why do I get a static sound when racing?? I have had this for a while but more since the August content update. Can anyone help please??

Thats just the way it is, has been like it for months on and off…just waiting for a patch lol.

I completely power off my box then reboot and it works for a couple of days.
