Hi all, can anyone tell me why I can create this topic but it won’t let me create a new topic in the suggestions section? It’s kinda greyed out and won’t let me do it. Thanks

Old topic, i know, but i cant do it either, so i am also wondering why its not possible, maybe you need to be a premium member, or have been a member for x amount of years, or made x amount of posts, or only a select few ( golden players ) are allowed ? I dont know, its sad anyways,
Click on a subcategory and you should see the ability to create a topic; creating topics when viewing master categories is disabled so that topics don’t go without the right categorization.
