Where's Forza 3 Storefront on Forza Website?

I was told that if I uploaded photos from Forza 3 on the Xbox to the storefront that I could download them to my PC through forzamotorsport.net, but I can’t find out how. The earliest game they have listed on forzamotorsport.net is Forza 4. Help?

I cant find any designs I’ve uploaded and I cant see the above poster pics either (CptMorgan64) Is Forza 3 no longer supported or is there a system issue today 8/23/14?
