This may sound very silly,but where are all the circuit races?? I have 3 festivals open,and everything is street races! I want laps no a point a to point b race. Am i just missing something or what??
If your festival sites are low level you wont unlock circuit races/championships untill level 3 plus
You should have circuit races at every level. Look for the race icon on the world map that looks like a circuit loop.

Surfers paradise has many circuits. Open it up
Once you open everything up, there’s a little more than 10 pure tarmac circuits in the base game, not counting Goliath. Off the top of my head, I think the number is 12. I set up blueprint championships with 9 of these circuits plus Goliath, and there’s always two or three more circuits than I can add.
Where are they? On the map, just take the time and observe.
