Hello everyone.

First of all I did use the search and results were 11 months ago.

I just purchased forza 7 for my win 10 machine after refunding project cars 2. PC 2 didn’t have the muscle cars I want to mess with so here I am.

My issue is with my thrustmaster F430. I see its not supported and it does not work in forza horizon 3 either. In windows 10 it finds the wheel perfectly and you can test all the functions as well as FFB. Why if windows 10 sees it flawllessly cant forza use it? It works great in project cars 1 and 2 and assetto corsa but not in any forza games? Was it too hard to work with for Turn 10? Yes its older wheel but like i said works great in the other titles.

Does anyone know now to get it working or trick forza into thinking its a different wheel? Someday i will buy another wheel but i hate to replace something that works so well just because one team wont support it. I also can use a SRW-R1 wheel w0ith no issues in the other stated titles but not forza series.

I guess ill have to arcade it with my gamepad but i would rather use my wheel.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Hello

I’m glad i started off with downloading demo version of this game as i was suprised to fint that my Logitech DriveFX wheel wont work in forza 7. As the poster above stated so does my wheel work in any other PC game(Project Cars, Dirt, Grid, Asseto Corsa etc… ). Even if it is made for Xbox360. So i’ll keep waiting to see if it gets supported before buying a full version of this game. I’m just refusing to go along with this planned obsolescence.

Wheels in forza series notoriously suck even if supported. The game was designed around a game pad.

I assume you did try to setup your wheel as a custom wheel and assign each axis/button manually in the wheel menu, last entry? Thats how i got my ancient fanatec PTWS to work. If that does not work try use this tool http://forzatools.weebly.com/
