All of a sudden after expansion 1… NO MORE CAR PACKS like previous forza’s.
And wheel-spins…?? Don’t get me started! Who the hell asked you to give us honks and clothing??? THE GAME IS ABOUT CARS.

If any more actual packs some they will for extra cost since the car pass has ended
Be happy with the free ones that are constantly being added…but you seem to not know about
Through March following FH3’s release there were 477 cars you could drive in the game, and after all summer DLC was added the final number was 525.
As of Series 7 there are 601 cars in FH4, with more cars coming after March. Even someone who only paid for the standard edition of FH4 is weeks away from having access to more cars than are available in the Ultimate edition of FH3 and all its DLC.
Presumably you paid the same price for both games. If you paid for the Ultimate Edition, the second expansion you paid for is planned to be released sometime in the next few months.
I would just like to point out:
Forza Horizon (1, 2, 3 and 4): Playground Games
Forza Motorsport (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7): Turn 10
Whinge whinge moan moan, it seems these days that there’s a large section of the gaming community who think that every game needs to be tailor made to their personal demands which results in nothing ever being good enough.
If only I could remember the product that was advertising recently about how customizable their product was because they understood that everyone is different and that their customers deserve a product tailor made to their personal demands.
It’s just funny because that company understood and cared about something you just said is an unrealistic goal to strive for.
Obviously theres a limit but it’s nice to know that there are companies out there that care about individuals’needs and strive for more tailor made options.

Yep this forum seems to be negative now, but as the developers never come on here, what do they expect?
Some goodwill is what’s needed on these forums. Like when we ran the CRS and it was all about having fun and helping people. Sadly they took any functionality we used out of them game. So now we’re here, listening to people whinge about getting more than they paid for, but it’s not enough! lol
I bought the Ultimate Edition of the game, so now all your base are belong to me
I’m not mad at PG, but I got surprised when the car pass suddenly ended and there were no additonal paid car packs. To me it seemed that PG/T10 ran out of contracts with car manufacturers. 
For anyone who was even vaguely paying attention, it didn’t end “suddenly” so much as expectedly. The number of cars we were to get with the Car Pass wasn’t exactly an unknown.
^^^ This. From even months before launch it was stated all over the place exactly what the Car Pass included and how long it lasted. Even though the format changed, it was also the same number of cars and length of time as all the previous Car Passes in the previous Forza games. In addition to that, they even added more free cars that they didn’t tell us about at launch. No one who even casually follows Forza should have been ‘surprised’ by this.
Maybe I’ve missed out some info because I’ve lost interest in Forza during the Motorsport 7 year.
However, I was just surprised that after the car pass ended, there were no more packs released like in the previous Horizon games.
