Does anyone here still play games on the PC. If so, what?
I haven’t thought about gaming on the PC for a long time until a posting a thread about what games people were waiting for on the Xbox One. It appears that Skyrim may be better on the PC. There are a lot more bug fixes and mods available for it. I’m think of upgrading my PC but I’m not going to do it for one game, so I want to know what else is out there. The people in these forums seem to have similar interest to me so I decided to ask here.
A lot of people play games on a PC, you won’t find them on a forum 100% dedicated to a game exclusive to a game console. Many of the same games that are available on game consoles are available for a PC. In many respects, PC games have more options than console games and you have a wider selection of game controllers(you can even use your Xbox controller). On many of the games, you can modify them without being banned, sometimes tinkering with the game is as much fun as playing it. As far as upgrading your computer, if you have a reasonably powerful CPU like an Intel i5 and 8G of RAM, you can get a video card for less than $150 that will give you 1080p performance on the TV your Xbox is plugged into via HDMI. And you’ll have a computer that you can do work on as well.
I’m really considering getting Project Cars for my PC instead of the Xbox One. My computer is above the minimum specs listed on the Project Cars website and very close to the recommended specs.
