this is a drivatar…
Drivatars are synced to the player profile.
This means that you can see their suit and liveries.
The thing is, many drivatars (such as this one) are at player level 1, which gives me the feeling they haven’t actually played the game. So the game could just be randomly assigning a driver gear to them.

Well, i wasn’t able to find any contest related to this suit, so, most likely an insider suit for update 21.
So apparently it’s something to do with a new energy drink…
edit: It’s not the same one.
