I already contacted Xbox Support and they asked me to visit the enforcement website.
There’s no option to Sign In.
Yes, your Xbox LIve account - RandmWindStorm - is banned from joining online usage with other players for multiple violations of the Microsoft Code of Conduct not only on simply Vinyls but nearly two dozen Designs. Implied profanity is not allowed, no matter the disguised attempt.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the Code by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to them at forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish. You will receive an automated response listing various URLs for more information, but that only indicates they’ve received your message.
Since this is your second offense following the October, 2016, suspension for drug Vinyls, you may or may not receive a response prior to the expiration of the 30-day (720-hours from the time placed) ban. The answers to “what happened” and “way” are (1) your gamertag violated the Code for the second time, and (2) violations of the regulations result in consequences. Please read and understand the Code of Conduct linked above. A third ban is permanent (20 years).
