What cars to use in Pubic Lobby?

I jumped into two public lobbies today (A and S Class) and both were full of the current Leaderboard cars. I left both lobbies.

What other cars are competitive in these lobbies? I would love to start racing in lobbies (haven’t really done it before and I’ve been playing since Forza 2) but would rather shy away from the LB cars if I possible.

A bit of a heads up on what will suffice would be gratefully appreciated.

You shouldn’t have trouble beating the LB cars with normal stuff.

Depends on the driver in Drag Racing. Circuit, of course.

I like using other cars in drag racing but sometimes you get 10 people using a P Class Alpha. Last night I was using S Class cars and keeping up and beating X class and P class.

I prefer to use cars with good handling as you will have to avoid others during the race. Found some of the best lobbies to join is the multi class races. Only 2 or 3 drivers per class and you’re able to see what cars the others are using. Some lb cars like the F50 are easy enough to drive that I don’t mind using that in public lobbies. As Worm said, you’ll have no problem using regular car and beating the lb cars.

A class, I like the NSX and Ferraris with maybe a Shelby or something similar for speed tracks.
S class mostly Ferraris and RUFs.

I stay away from the track toys and open wheel cars for online lobbies.

for a-class you want a lancia delta S4 for any track that you would top 158 mph for longer tracks such as le mans i would suggest the lancia 037 and for s-class Ferrari f40, Saleen S7
