I already have a ticket, my save/game is busted, but I can start from scratch and essentially play. I enjoy playing Forza and want to get back to the weekly challenges, but I don’t want to possibly screw up my hard earned 4 months of progress. I’ve seen on this forum tickets not being fixed or responded to for months. What happens in the meantime?
Thread is just getting buried, I would like an answer. Is there a way I can save my game file in a separate folder and just start from scratch to at least play my $100 game while I wait for someone to get to my ticket? I’m currently missing out on the seasonal exclusive cars and haven’t received a response to my thread on my broken game either.
Could you please DM your ticket number and the issue that you are having and I’ll look into it.
If you’ve only just submitted a ticket, I’d give it till the end of the week before chasing this up again.
