"Welcome to Porsche" achievement not unlocking

I have finished the Porsche anthology, but the first achievement “Welcome to Porsche” didn’t unlock. It’s the only achievement related to the anthology part of the DLC, that I have this problem with. This a story related achievement, which should pop right after you have finished the first race in the Bernese alps with the Porsche 918. Unfortunately, this introductory race is not repeatable, or at least it’s not among the races available for repetition in the Anthology tab. You should get this achievement for the so-called Initial experience race, but I haven’t, and it seems that there is no way to repeat the action needed to unlock it. Does anyone else have or has anyone else had this problem? Could anyone help me out with a possible solution - if there is any? Anyway, I would appreciate your help.

Note: I tried to search for solutions or any related posts about this issue, but I haven’t found anything. So, if there have been any threads on this issue, please forgive me.

What is the solution? I have the same issue with Origin Story, completed all races, even did the last set twice and it’s still 0%…

I have the same problem. “Welcome to Porsche” shows 100% but it never unlocked. I deleted my profile, hard reset console, deleted the expansion and it still doesn’t want to pop. Xbox Live was having issues at the time I was completing the first race with the 918.

Technically you have a different problem.
His problem is the game. His achievement is 0%.

Yours is 100%. Your problem is the Xbox Live sync.

… it’s probably due to a delay in background server validation. That’s where the Xbox Live reward server verifies that you’ve completed the task requirements before awarding you the achievement. Unlike the Xbox 360, all rewards on the XB1 first have to be validated server-side before you get them.

I’ve had Xbox One achievements pop anywhere from 24 hours to 3 weeks to 3 months later (the last one only happened after a core console update). Come to think of it, my most recent Forza 4 achievement was a presumed “daily rewards” login which only popped, um, nine (9) months late?!

You can always look at your achievement and see if it says “Done! Unlocking…”. If it says this, you have already earned the achievement and you can relax. It will unlock eventually.

No it doesn’t say done unlocking and one of the other Porsche achievements was locked the same way and it unlocked after I completed the requirement again. I don’t know what to do tried contacting support they couldn’t help me.
