Weird Reflection - Mercedes G65 - Le Mans

I thought this type of reflection was last gen if not last-last gen fake rasterizing tricks for certain areas of the map. It seems this has passed into this generation also. But why? It surely isn’t needed when the rest of the car reflects at full 60fps perfect reflections of everything else around it.

Does it just do it on the window?

With that said, I’ve never noticed it. I’m usually too busy trying to stop the stupid thing from tipping over.
