If you have lots of cars then it’s VERY hard to find the one you are looking for because cars are not sorted in an orderly fashion. I’m not talking about “Sort by Manufacturer/Performance class/year/etc”. I’m talking about second level of sorting. For example if you have every BMW car, then Sort by Manufacturer, go to BMW, then all those cars are in some random order without rhyme or reason. PLEASE DEVS, either sort them in the same way the are sorted on Car Collection, or sort them in alphabetical + year way so we get them in this order "… M3 1991, M3 1997, M3 2005, M3 2008, M3-GTR 2002, M4 Coupe 2014, M4 GTS 2016, M5 1988, M5 1995, etc…). Also it would ease finding duplicate cars to gift/auction them.

And also can we get alphabetical sorting on “Car Type” Sort? It’s also completely random.

They generally are listed by year as it is, newest to oldest. But I always favorite my go to cars anyway so that’s easy. I even applaud them for it including tire compound icons in a more useful manner as compared to FH4. So for me, this has been the best car sorting of the entire series, they got one thing right at least lol.
the sort for recently added cars is missing when gifting cars where this sort mostly needed…

Cars are sorted by year when you sort them by manufacturer. Newest BMW will be in the left while oldest one in the right.

Exactly, when sorted after manufacturer, it went after that by vear, and then by performance level.
But a filter that shows the new ones would be really nice…

And a filter to show duplicates. The option to immediately sell a duplicate from a wheelspin appears only 50% of the time

Ok you are right, somehow I never noticed that when sorting by Manufacturer they are sorted by Year and then by Performance Class. But if you sort by Car Type then it’s totally random, I don’t see a pattern there.

You only just found that bug? Actually that bug happened in an update to FH4 about a year ago… nobody ever motioned it that’s all.
Last time I played FH4 was almost 2 years ago, so I wouldn’t know. Either way, I reported it on support page, so maybe someone from devs will fix it
I look at the filtering features, and how filtering your cars uses different buttons from filtering map objects, and just think “how rushed was this, you couldn’t even get your team on the same page to have basic UI consistency?”
Also, the B button on the controller can cancel some things; but, not others, like, why, what’s the point of leaving that out on some menus? It really does feel like a rushed product

If we had a duplicate filter, it would be way easier to send gifts to other players or to sell only duplicate cars.

Sorting by build setup would make things a lot easier. Now that there are good over 700 (just uniquely alone) cars available, there should be a way to filter cars by, let’s say tires, like rally/offroad, drag, drift, etc. Finding a suitable ride for specific events has become a chore and for purposeful reason.
I think it’s already possible to do sorting by winter tires but only those which I find a bit bonkers.
Please give us option to do that now when some of the players have enough cars to block the sun if needed.
